Things certainly have changed just over the life of my blog, and it was thrilling the very first time I got books to review straight from the publishing house . . . who am I kidding? It's still a thrill!Laura's Reviewshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13904763940307902364noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8011304218892238385.post-20011090986824403572013-08-26T13:13:16.546-07:002013-08-26T13:13:16.546-07:00I enjoyed the interview. I remember in one of my reviews I commented, Where was the editor for this book. Was he on vacation? It is always nice to be educated about things I know nothing about. Editors and bookstores have a lot of difficulties but don't find the way to improve their companies. E-books are far less numerous too.Anniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01376296187855872946noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8011304218892238385.post-46462347354715192702013-08-20T04:38:43.700-07:002013-08-20T04:38:43.700-07:00Like Jacob said, I've seen many changes in the...Like Jacob said, I've seen many changes in the publishing industry both as an author and a book reviewer. Paradoxically, it's harder and easier to market your book today. It's harder because now anyone can publish a book and the industry has boomed with low-quality books and it's easier precisely because we have social media and other tools for savvy authors to explore.Laura at Library of Clean Readshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15252118683176350398noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8011304218892238385.post-51873473939651532842013-08-19T21:55:24.459-07:002013-08-19T21:55:24.459-07:00Great interview.
